The Seminar on Progress in the APT for the year 2015 (SPA-15) was held on 7 December 2015 in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand. the SPA-15 is being held in conjunction with the 39th Session of the Management Committee of the APT (MC-39) to be held from 8 to 11 December 2015 at the same venue. The SPA-15 and the MC-39 are kindly hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology of Thailand (MICT) and organized by the APT.

The SPA-15 discussed the progress made in the implementation of the APT Work Programme for 2015, the finances of the Telecommunity and any other issues include new proposals from the members.
