APT organized the 2nd Meeting of the APT Preparatory Group for WTDC-17 (APT WTDC17-2) from 20 to 22 February 2017 in Papua New Guinea. The event was hosted by the National Information and Communications Technology Authority (NICTA), Papua New Guinea.

APT WTDC17-2 discussed the issues of interest to the region for the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2017 (WTDC-17) and provide input to the Regional Preparatory Meeting (RPM).
