Arrangements of Coordination during RA-15 and WRC-15

Introduction: 
Radiocommunication Assembly 2015 (RA-15) will be held from 26 – 30 October 2015 and World Radiocommunication Conference 2015 (WRC-15) will be held from 02 – 27 November 2015. The main purpose of APT Coordination Meetings during RA-15 and WRC-15 is to coordinate and reflect APT Common Proposals and Views to the outcomes of RA-15 and WRC-15 effectively.

The roles of the APT Coordination meetings has been described in Section 5.2 of the Working Method of APG. Furthermore, Annexes 1 and 2 of the Working Method contain the procedures for APG regional cooperation activities during World Radiocommunication Conferences and Conference Preparatory Meetings as well as during Radiocommunication Assemblies.

Role of the Coordinators:

• To present the ACPs 
• To participate actively in the relevant discussions during RA-15 and WRC-15
• Report the outcome to the coordination meetings

Structure:

• Chairman of Working Party takes the Group Coordinator role for the corresponding Agenda Items
• Agenda Item Coordinators are appointed by APG
